Wakayama Prefecture Launches FY2026 "Kii Space HUB" to Accelerate Regional Space Industry Implementation

Wakayama Prefecture, in collaboration with 01Booster and SPACETIDE, has launched the FY2026 "Kii Space HUB" program. Following a successful previous year with over 840 participants, the program moves into the "implementation phase." It aims to foster a space industry cluster centered around Space Port Kii by supporting local firms in satellite part development and satellite data utilization. An opening event on June 4, 2026, will feature industry leaders from ArkEdge Space and Interstellar Technologies discussing market trends and entry processes.
