Zero One Booster Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: George Goda), a "Business Creation Company" that supports open innovation and new business development for companies, has begun accepting applications for the business plan contest "01Start 9th Term" from April 3, 2026 (Friday) at its operated working community "Yurakucho 'SAAI' Wonder Working Community" (hereinafter referred to as "SAAI").

In recent years, while the importance of creating new businesses by corporations and individuals has been increasing, there has been a shortage of opportunities and networks for challengers to meet and advance their businesses.

Through its support for new business initiatives in large corporations and collaboration with startups, Zero One Booster has strongly recognized the importance of a "place" that accelerates business creation.

Against this backdrop, in collaboration with Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd., we operate the business creation community "SAAI" in Yurakucho.

With the theme "Giving business a step forward from Yurakucho," 01Start utilizes "SAAI" and is aimed at individuals who wish to advance their businesses. We broadly accept applications from corporations and individuals, regardless of region, from the idea stage. Selected applicants will be provided with one year of free use of "SAAI," mentoring, and opportunities to participate in various events.

In recent years, while the importance of new business creation by corporations and startups has been increasing, there are also challenges where challengers lack sufficient access to growth opportunities and corporate networks.

This contest aims to create opportunities for diverse challengers to advance their businesses by leveraging the location of Yurakucho, expected to be a hub for new value creation, and the "SAAI" community.

About Yurakucho "SAAI" Wonder Working Community "SAAI" is a business creation community planned and developed by Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd. and operated by our company, with the theme "From ideas, to shape."

We aim for new ideas to be born, polished, and lead to social implementation by transcending existing boundaries such as company name, title, age, experience, primary job, or side job, allowing diverse "talents" to interact.

Entrepreneurs, startups, as well as those aiming for new challenges while employed by companies, and individuals in charge of new businesses gather as players, and currently, over 300 members are utilizing it. Their respective knowledge and ideas are exchanged daily.

What is 01Start "01Start" is a business plan contest that allows a wide range of challengers, including startups, intrapreneurs (internal entrepreneurs), freelancers, and individuals active in local communities, to participate regardless of business genre or stage. This contest, now in its 9th iteration, has led to numerous encounters with challengers, and these connections have led to concrete value creation, such as business collaboration with local governments and the holding of new events at SAAI.

Through this contest, we aim to create opportunities for challengers, companies, and the community to interact, and to form an ecosystem for new business creation from Yurakucho.

Selected applicants will receive one year of free use of "SAAI," plus mentoring from 01Booster and partner companies, opportunities for collaboration with major companies in the Daimaru-Yurakucho (Otemachi, Marunouchi, Yurakucho area), and PR support, creating an environment to advance their businesses.

Benefits of 01Start Selected teams will receive the following benefits for approximately one year, from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027: 1. "SAAI" Membership - Free desk membership for approximately one year will be provided to two members per team (including the representative).

2. Community & Events - Invitations to VC wall-hitting days, regional consultation days, entrepreneur networking events, etc.

3. Opportunity to Present at Events - Priority invitations to present at 01Booster-hosted conferences and various pitch events co-organized by 01Booster.

4. Mentoring by 01Booster - Mentoring opportunities with 01Booster members who have diverse experiences and knowledge will be provided.

Selection Criteria 1. Attractiveness, scale, and growth potential of the target market, etc. 2. Novelty, feasibility, and profitability of the business plan, etc. 3. Enthusiasm and teamwork of all applicants, etc. 4. Empathy with the concept of "SAAI"
