The board of directors of KoLin Industrial Co., Ltd. has approved a joint acquisition with HsingChang Biotech Co., Ltd. of ordinary shares in AnSing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. The resolution includes signing a share purchase agreement with the shareholders of AnSing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (28 individual shareholders, none related to KoLin) to acquire the shares in cash.

The total transaction value is NT$1.2 billion. KoLin Industrial will acquire 24% (3,432,000 shares) for NT$288 million, while HsingChang Biotech will acquire 76% (10,868,000 shares) for NT$912 million. Payments will be made annually upon fulfillment of agreed conditions as stipulated in the share purchase agreement.
