This is the fourth year of the program, through which participants can experience the "everyday life of Katori" that cannot be understood through tourism, by engaging in activities such as neighborhood walks and Katori life tours.

Katori City in Chiba Prefecture has begun accepting applications for its "Trial Relocation Experience" program, designed for those considering moving to the city to experience actual life.

Katori City is a town with charm in its preserved Edo-period atmosphere in Sawara, its scenic rural landscapes that reflect the changing seasons, and its warm community connections.

It is attracting attention from people seeking a "just right rural life" due to its good accessibility from the city center.

Experience Katori City from a "Living Perspective," Not Just as a Tourist

Through this program, by staying in a manner close to actual daily life, such as neighborhood walks and shopping at local supermarkets, participants can concretely imagine their life after relocating.

We also recommend participating in the "Katori Life Tour" guided by local "Community Revitalization Cooperators."

By actually seeing and experiencing the living environment and community atmosphere, you can gain a deeper understanding of life in the region.
