In April 2025, the Company won the bid for the Army Command's 'training suicide drone' procurement. During the first phase of inspection on May 13, 2026, the procurement unit conducted a routine check on the external markings of the flight control chips. We respect and fully cooperate with the Army Command's procedures, having submitted complete origin documentation and supply chain traceability data to assist in the investigation.

II. Legal Basis: COO fully complies with the Trade Act
Regarding the chips, we provide the following explanation:
1. Official COO is valid: The chips (STM32F722RET6) are developed and manufactured by STMicroelectronics (France). We hold the official Certificate of Origin (COO) stating France as the origin, fully complying with non-Chinese component requirements.
2. Compliance with 'Substantial Transformation': The 'CHN' marking seen at the inspection site is a regional packaging label. According to the Ministry of Economic Affairs and WTO practices, origin is determined by the location of core IP design and wafer fabrication. Post-process packaging does not affect the legal origin.
