(1) On May 13, 115, the company announced on behalf of its subsidiary, Farglory Aviation Free Trade Zone Co., Ltd., the acquisition of assets from a related party. The board approved the signing of a new construction contract with Dongyuan Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. for the Hongbai Taipower Extra-High Voltage Receiving Station project at the Farglory Aviation Free Trade Zone Value-Added Park.

(2) After internal review, client Hongbai Technology Co., Ltd. decided to terminate the follow-up development of the related substation leasing project. Upon notification, Farglory Aviation Free Trade Zone Co., Ltd. decided to halt the construction project to protect shareholder interests and company asset security.

(3) The project was still in the negotiation phase with Dongyuan Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., and no formal documents have been signed or payments made.
