In recent years, while students have access to diverse sources of information about industries and companies during job hunting, the importance of firsthand experiences—such as understanding a company's atmosphere and employees' mindsets through direct interaction—has grown significantly. Additionally, many students from the Hamamatsu area attend universities in the Nagoya region and often choose to remain in the area for employment after graduation.

This event aims to provide students in Nagoya, a major student hub, with opportunities to engage directly with companies in the Enshu Railway Group and learn about their work content and workplace appeal.

Unlike formal company presentations, this event features a standing lunch format, allowing free conversation over meals. An environment is provided where students can casually consult HR representatives about job-hunting concerns, questions, or thoughts on working life.
