In pursuit of even greater deliciousness, the new product focuses on the 'steaming' process, the final finish of rice cooking. 'Steaming' is a crucial step that affects the elasticity of the rice, and by thoroughly removing excess moisture here, ideal fluffy and elastic rice can be achieved.
Therefore, we have newly adopted 'Concentrated Heat Steaming' by utilizing the partial concentrated heating from the divided bottom IH heaters, which was previously used in the 'medium heat to boiling maintenance' process. This allows heat to be transmitted to the center of the inner pot, realizing fluffy and elastic rice.

In the conventional 'steaming' process, the six divided bottom IH heaters were switched at high speed to steam gently with overall heating. In the new product, to better utilize the strength of the divided bottom IH heaters, which is 'partial concentrated heating,' the switching of each bottom IH heater is slowed down and the heating duration is extended to transmit high power to the center of the inner pot at once. Furthermore, to enhance the effect of 'Concentrated Heat Steaming,' a matte finish is applied to the surface of the inner lid. This allows the heat from the lid heater to be transmitted efficiently, resulting in even fluffier and more elastic rice.
