Zojirushi Corporation will release the new pressure IH rice cooker 'Enbudaki' NX-AB model (5.5-go / 1-sho capacities) on June 21, 2026. This new product focuses on the final 'steaming' process of cooking rice, adopting a newly developed 'concentrated heating steaming' method. By slowing down the switching of the six divided bottom IH heaters and extending the heating time, it delivers high heat directly to the center of the inner pot, effectively removing excess moisture to produce plump, elastic rice. It also features a '3D Rotation IH Structure' for vigorous convection, 121 customizable 'Home Cooking' menus, a 15-minute express menu, and a dishwasher-safe inner lid for easy maintenance.
