Online Event 'Climate Crisis and the Agricultural Frontline Vol. 2' to be Held on June 23

An online event, 'Climate Crisis and the Agricultural Frontline Vol. 2,' which discusses the current state of agriculture, one of the sectors most affected by climate change, will be held from 8:00 PM on Tuesday, June 23, 2026. With mid-summer days exceeding 30°C being observed in various regions since May, there are concerns about intense heat in 2026. Agriculture is directly impacted by the climate crisis, and harsh summer work and extreme weather significantly affect yields, income, and physical and mental well-being. This event is the second installment following a well-received event in February. Agricultural practitioners will speak about their struggles and initiatives in the harsh field, and the innovations born from them. It will also connect to the initiatives of 'Climate Action Week 2026,' held from Friday, September 11 to Sunday, September 27.
