With this renewal, the site aims to become a warm place where more easily understandable reviews gather, providing reassurance for first-time accompanying families, and collecting wisdom and encouragement from many experienced families.

**Background: Families accompanying hospitalized children need to gather information from various sources due to a lack of a centralized information hub.**

Accompanying life involves many small tips and tricks that can make daily life a little easier if known. However, the wisdom and ingenuity discovered by accompanying persons in their daily lives have often disappeared without being passed on to anyone. Keep Smiling established the review site "Tsukisoi Oendan" in October 2022 to collect such wisdom and ingenuity from experienced accompanying persons and convey it to families who are about to start accompanying hospitalization, to help them in their daily lives.

There is no other site that compiles this information, and in just over three years since its launch, it has been used by a total of 950,000 page views and 310,000 visitors. Practical content such as "packing lists" and "convenient items" are particularly popular. However, more detailed and realistic information, such as the availability of showers and accompanying beds at hospitals nationwide, is still lacking, which led to this renewal.

"Tsukisoi Oendan" is an information site that addresses the anxieties and questions of families accompanying hospitalized children, such as "What should I bring?" "How should I spend my time at the hospital?" and "What are others doing?". Many viewing users are "families who are about to start accompanying hospitalization" and use it for information gathering before hospitalization.

This renewal includes (1) strengthening usability for individuals to post their experiences and (2) enhancing the publication of hospital-specific reviews. The goal is to create a warm place where more easily understandable reviews gather, providing reassurance for first-time accompanying families, and collecting wisdom and encouragement from many experienced families.

In addition, "support messages" from experienced accompanying persons nationwide to those who are scheduled to accompany in the future will be compiled into web books and printed materials, which will be regularly included in accompanying life support packs and distributed to hospitals, aiming to deliver a baton of encouragement to more people.
