Psychiatrist Tomy's Lecture to be Held (Gender Equality Promotion Project) Applications Open from Late May

Komono Town, Mie Prefecture, will host a lecture featuring psychiatrist Tomy as a speaker on Saturday, June 27, 2026, as part of its Gender Equality Promotion Project. This project is co-sponsored by Iris Komono.

Psychiatrist Tomy, active in various fields including television and social media, has garnered much empathy with gentle yet insightful words, sharing "ways to organize your mind" that are easy to incorporate into daily life.

This lecture, themed "A Practice Book for Affirming Yourself," will explore new forms of coexistence based on self-love.
