[Ibaraki City, Osaka] SKE48's Chikako Matsumoto appointed as Dam Park Ibakita PR Ambassador

Ibaraki City has appointed SKE48 captain Chikako Matsumoto, who is from the 'Ibakita' region and has been actively promoting the city's appeal, as the PR Ambassador for Dam Park Ibakita to widely promote the charm of the park and the northern region.
