This training program is a practical, eight-session course spanning approximately six months, starting with lectures on business model concepts and progressing to mentoring sessions where participants refine their business plans through dialogue with business consultants.

The program has been held annually for the past seven years, and each session has reached full capacity.

■ Overview of the Business Plan Development Training

A key feature of this program is the formation of small groups consisting of participants, business consultants (including investors, patent attorneys, and certified public accountants), and technical staff from the Center, enabling participants to refine their business plans from diverse perspectives.

Since the program began in Reiwa 1 (2019), it has supported numerous successful ventures, including a startup using space experiment sample cooling recovery technology to develop ultra-insulated cooling containers, an emergency generator manufacturer cultivating and selling rare mushrooms, and a software development company transforming its revenue model.
