InnnoLux: Announcement of Board Resolution to Dispose of Fab5 Plant and Ancillary Facilities in Southern Science Park

InnnoLux announced on April 15, 2026, that its board of directors had authorized the chairman to negotiate and sign a sale agreement with ASE Technology Holding Co., Ltd. for the Fab5 plant and related ancillary facilities located at Sections 55 and 58, Xinke, Xinying District, Tainan City, for a total transaction amount of NT$14.85 billion. The estimated disposal profit is approximately NT$13.3 billion, and the proceeds will be used to supplement the company's operating capital and future development. This negotiated price was determined with reference to professional appraisal reports, and was authorized by the board of directors.
