Due to the comprehensive board and supervisory board election at Uni Securities Investment Trust Co., Ltd., an equity-method investee of our company, Uni Securities has secured half of the board seats, thereby gaining substantial control over Uni Investment Trust.

As a result, Uni Investment Trust will transition from an equity-method associated company to a controlled subsidiary and will be included in the consolidated financial statements. Going forward, the impact of this business combination will be recognized and measured in accordance with relevant provisions of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) from the date control was obtained.
