Tachikawa City, based on the comprehensive collaboration agreement (concluded in March 2026) with Meisei University, will begin an initiative as a regional club activity to create an online community space through an esports circle operated by students, targeting junior high school students who find it difficult to attend school.

This initiative is being implemented as a joint project by Tachikawa City and Meisei University, with the aim of creating a new community space and opportunities for interaction in the region.

This initiative, where university students and the community collaborate to operate a regional club activity, is rare nationwide, and it is expected to serve as a place for children experiencing school refusal and an opportunity for students to be active.

Named by Hisuikai, combining "CLU" from "club," "AILE" meaning "wing" in French, and "YELL" to support the first step taken by students facing various challenges.
