SciVision Biotech Announces Board Resolution to Convene 2026 Annual Shareholders' Meeting (Added Proposals)

SciVision Biotech announced that its Board of Directors has resolved to convene the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 29, 2026, at the Kaohsiung Software Technology Park. The meeting will be held in person. The agenda includes reporting on the 2025 business results, cash dividend distribution, and acknowledging the financial statements. The meeting will also hold elections for nine directors (including three independent directors) and discuss added proposals, including amendments to the Articles of Incorporation and lifting non-compete restrictions for new directors.
