&SAKE FUKUOKA Executive Committee (Chairman: Tetsuo Yamaguchi) is proud to announce the upcoming large-scale event '&SAKE FUKUOKA 2026,' gathering sake breweries across Fukuoka Prefecture and Fukuoka's representative restaurants in one place. Previously held in 2018, 2019, 2023, 2024, and 2025, the event has received widespread acclaim for transforming the entire Fukuoka International Center into a massive 'sake bar'—a fresh and impactful experience.

Celebrating the 'Wonder of Human Connections' Through Fukuoka's Sake

This event, where Fukuoka's breweries come together to create an overwhelming non-ordinary space, is more than just an occasion to enjoy sake and food. True to its name '&SAKE,' we aim to create a space where visitors can experience the beauty of connections—through cuisine, music, atmosphere, time, and, most importantly, human encounters—via Fukuoka's sake. We see this as the first step toward establishing a nationally recognized festival of sake and cuisine.
