Fushou Industrial received notification from its upstream soybean salad oil supplier, Zhonglian Oils Co., Ltd., that the raw soybean salad oil supplied to the company (Batch No. 315-1150404) was found, during a legally mandated third-party inspection, to have benzo(a)pyrene (BaP) levels exceeding Taiwan's regulatory standards.

6. Response Measures:

(1) Upon receiving the supplier's notification, the company immediately activated its food safety emergency response mechanism and conducted a comprehensive audit of raw materials and affected products within its facilities. The audit confirmed that the specified batch (315-1150404) of raw material and related products are no longer present in the company's inventory.

(2) The company has reported the incident to the relevant health authorities, completed traceability of product distribution, and initiated an immediate recall and removal from shelves for the affected product items and batch numbers, demonstrating a rigorous commitment to consumer protection.

(3) Based on a comprehensive internal review, the company preliminarily estimates losses from product disposal and related handling costs to be approximately NT$80 million to NT$90 million. The company will further assess liability and pursue legal remedies to protect its rights based on the investigation outcomes.
