Kanagawa Prefecture announces the launch of day-trip bus tours to the 'Yamami Goko'—Sagamiko, Okusagamiko, Tsukui Lake, Tanzawa Lake, and Miyagase Lake—which serve as vital water sources supporting our daily lives and industries. These tours aim to enhance public understanding of source water environments.
1. Purpose
The tours aim to expand opportunities for participants to experience and understand the importance of source water regions, through the history of dam construction that enabled a drought-resilient Kanagawa, the rich natural environment, and local traditional culture.
