Kanagawa Prefecture Reskilling Human Resource Development Project

Kanagawa Prefecture is recruiting companies to participate in free online courses that business owners and employees can take regardless of time or location, in order to promote DX among small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) working to improve productivity and operational efficiency.

1. Overview of the Online Course

We provide comprehensive support from the formulation of a learning plan tailored to the company's challenges, to the provision of an optimal learning curriculum based on individual skill diagnostics, and a review after program completion.

(1) Course Content: Select from the following courses (approximately 60 hours per course)

(2) Learning Period: July Reiwa 8 (2026) to February Reiwa 9 (2027)

* Fully online, allowing participants to study at their own pace, regardless of time or location.

(3) Course Fee: Free

* Participants are responsible for preparing their own communication environment for the course.

2. Overview of Recruitment

(1) Application Period: From Tuesday, May 12, Reiwa 8 (2026) to Thursday, June 25, Reiwa 8 (2026)

(2) Target Participants: 150 SMEs within the prefecture

* Up to 3 people per company (targeting business owners, management, and employees). Participants will be selected through document screening.

(3) Briefing Session: Tuesday, May 26, Reiwa 8 (2026), 12:00 to 13:00 *Online (Zoom)
