Hosting the 3033 Physical Fitness Measurement Event

In order to improve "Mibyou" (pre-disease) and maintain health, it is very effective to visualize your physical fitness and continue exercising suitably for your condition. Therefore, the prefecture will hold physical fitness measurement events at Asante Sports Park, events hosted by municipalities, companies, and organizations, and facilities of local governments in various regions of the prefecture, providing exercise programs tailored to each individual's physical strength and athletic ability. In addition, we will support daily exercise practice by utilizing SNS etc. to respond to individual questions afterwards. Please join us.

1 Overview of the 3033 Physical Fitness Measurement Event

Based on individual measurement results, health and exercise instructors, etc. will advise on exercise programs and the like suited to each person's challenges. In addition, as continuous support to help make exercise a habit, we will provide aftercare such as exercise guidance and individual consultation utilizing SNS.
Participation is free of charge at all venues, and everyone from children to the elderly can participate.

Session 1: 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM
Session 2: 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM

Grip strength, 2-step test, vertical jump, seated forward bend, one-leg standing with eyes open/closed, whole body reaction, seated stepping, isometric muscle strength measurement, body composition

(2) Traveling Physical Fitness Measurement Event

A. Date and Venue
It will be held at event venues hosted by municipalities, companies, organizations, etc. within the prefecture.
As soon as the schedule and venue are decided, we will announce them on our center's website and official Instagram from time to time.

B. Application
Not required (registration on the day at each venue)

C. Measurement items
At each venue, we plan to measure about 3 items (e.g. grip strength, 2-step, vertical jump, etc.).
You can easily learn about your physical fitness without taking much time.

3 Regarding Media Coverage
Coverage of the measurement events is generally possible, but since coordination with the venue side may be necessary, if you wish to cover the event, please inquire at least 3 days before the implementation date. The closed days for Asante Sports Park are as follows. Please inquire on days other than the closed days.

(1) Mondays (If it falls on a national holiday or substitute holiday, the following weekday)
(2) The day after national holidays, etc. (Except when it falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or national holiday, etc.)
(3) Year-end and New Year holidays (December 29 to January 3)
