Shinkokai Social Welfare Corporation Announces its Vision for April Dream!

Our organization supports 'April Dream,' a project that aims to make April 1st a day to share dreams. This press release represents the dream of 'Shinkokai Social Welfare Corporation.'

Our dream is simple: 'To expand our international exchange-focused childcare centers to the rest of the world!'

In 2003, we established our first sister-school agreement with a school in Guam, USA, and have since formed friendly ties with two organizations in South Korea.

Our motto is: 'Even if we don't speak the same language, we can connect through our hearts.'

In this era of accelerating foreign language education, our organization values 'experience' over 'study.'

Newborn babies are in a neutral state, unable to speak. They naturally acquire language through their parents and surrounding environment. In other words, we are all the same humans living on Earth, regardless of the country we are born in.

What we value in our childcare centers is not 'how to use language skillfully,' but 'communicating through gestures and actions.' Japanese people often struggle to initiate communication with foreigners. They are trapped by the fixed idea that they 'must speak with perfect grammar.'

Based on the belief that 'language' is merely one of many communication tools, we have continued international exchanges for 23 years.

The result of this is the 'Fukaya Children's International Festival.'

Children from the USA, South Korea, and Japan gather in Fukaya City, Saitama Prefecture, to interact through dance and traditional games from each country.

We applied for this 'dream' because we want to conduct these exchange activities in countries all over the world.

We will continue to strive so that people all over the world can become friends.
