Silergy Corp. Announces Disposal of Hefei Silergy Microelectronics Equity by Subsidiaries

On May 14, 2026, Silergy Corp. announced on behalf of its subsidiaries, Silergy Semiconductor Technology (Hangzhou) and Silergy Semiconductor Technology (Hong Kong), the disposal of their equity stakes in Hefei Silergy Microelectronics. The Hangzhou subsidiary will dispose of a 23.66% stake, and the Hong Kong subsidiary will dispose of a 14.63% stake. The total transaction amount is up to RMB 382,923,000 for no more than 193,376,000 shares, at a price of no less than RMB 1.98 per share. The Chairman is authorized to dispose of the shares in batches to align with development strategies.
