Through the "UR Kurashi no App," UR aims to expand the digital reach of its new business message for UR rental housing: "Loosely, yet closely connected to life." (Note 2), delivering more convenient and comfortable living experiences.

Going forward, UR will continue enhancing the app with additional features and integration with external services, striving to provide increasingly valuable housing solutions for residents.

Note 2: On July 1 of last year, marking the 70th anniversary since the establishment of its predecessor, the Japan Housing Corporation, in 1955, UR announced the new business message for UR rental housing: "Loosely, yet closely connected to life." This conveys UR's ongoing commitment—while continuing its historical mission as a public agency to address societal challenges of each era and provide safe, secure housing—to also proactively propose new values aligned with the future possibilities of living, communicating this vision to residents, local communities, and all stakeholders.

UR's journey began with addressing postwar housing shortages. Since 1955, working alongside diverse stakeholders, UR has contributed to creating "cities where people thrive" by building safe, secure, and comfortable communities tailored to the changing needs of each era. Looking ahead, UR remains committed to tackling evolving social challenges and continuing to be an essential force in building "cities where people thrive." Leveraging decades of expertise in sustainable community development, UR will continue dedicated efforts in urban regeneration, rental housing, disaster response support, and international development support.
