Regarding Ikoma City's Reiwa 8th Year 'Family Exchange' Program

In recent years, concerns about balancing marriage, child-rearing, and work, as well as a lack of opportunities to concretely envision future life designs, have been pointed out. This program, continuing from last year, is an experiential program designed for young people who have concerns or interest in future work, marriage, and child-rearing. They visit child-rearing families, interact with children, and engage in dialogue with families raising children to gain hints for life planning. The objective is to provide opportunities to learn about various family structures as options for future life design, enabling participants to concretely envision their future while considering the balance between child-rearing and work. It received positive feedback from participants last year and will continue to be implemented this year.

[Target Audience] Residents of Ikoma City aged 18 to 39 (regardless of marital status / those studying or working in Ikoma City are also eligible)
