Background: Tonight, There’s Another Girl with Nowhere to Go
BOND Project receives over 1,500 consultations each month via social media, LINE, phone, and email. Many of these consultations come from teenage and young adult girls who feel they have no place to belong—whether at home or at school—facing issues such as abuse, running away, isolation, and self-harm.
According to a Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) survey, the number of elementary and junior high school students not attending school reached 353,970 in the 2024 fiscal year (Reiwa 6), marking the highest number on record for the 12th consecutive year of increase (※1). Additionally, the number of suicides among elementary, junior high, and high school students in 2025 reached 538, the highest since records began, for the second consecutive year (※2). The need for support for children and youth who cannot find a place to belong—neither at home nor at school—continues to grow year by year.

Outreach Activity in Progress
In response to this situation, since its founding in 2009, BOND Project has consistently provided consultation services, street outreach (reaching out to girls at night), safe space support, and emergency protection and accompaniment, centered on the principles of "listening, conveying, and connecting."
Features of the New Donation Page
The newly launched donation page has been designed with transparency and donor engagement in mind, emphasizing the following:
Visibility of Fund Usage: Specific support outcomes are clearly linked to donation amounts—e.g., "¥1,000 provides one month of safe space support for one girl."
Participant-Based Goal Tracking: Instead of monetary targets, goals are expressed in terms of people—e.g., "We need X more supporters this month"—to emphasize the impact of each individual’s participation.
Transparency in Fund Allocation: Detailed breakdowns of how donations are used are publicly shared, along with annual reports.
Secure Payment Processing: The donation platform "Congrant" is used to ensure safe transactions via credit card and other methods.
About Monthly Support
Donation Amount: Starting at ¥1,000 per month (options: ¥1,000 / ¥3,000 / ¥5,000 / custom amount)
How to Apply: Complete the process in about one minute via the donation page (https://bondproject.jp/lp/)
Benefits and Reporting: Supporters receive activity update emails and official donation receipts.

Message from the Representative
"Every day, BOND Project receives messages from girls who say, 'I can't tell anyone.' After 16 years of this work, I’ve come to believe that support isn’t something that can be given just once—it must be sustained. Ongoing support of just ¥1,000 per month gives us the strength to keep responding to late-night SOS messages with, 'It’s going to be okay, let’s figure this out together.' Please stand beside these girls with us."
