[Deadline 7/24] Let your child become a reporter this summer! "Youth Reporter Summer School" <2026> Call for Participants

Study hard and have fun with your peers! "What should we do this summer?" This is a common dilemma for families with elementary and junior high school students. If they only find interest in passive entertainment, it's a missed opportunity. Why not give your child a chance to experience the joy of active engagement and the fun of sharing what they have discovered? The NPO media 'ganas', specializing in international cooperation and developing countries, is offering a reporter experience program this August for the youth generation (6th grade to junior high). The program is called "Let your child become a reporter this summer!? 'Youth Reporter Summer School'". It is held online over 7 sessions. You can participate from anywhere in the world. The goal is to make them think, "Writing and sharing articles is fun!" This feeling is the source of motivation. Learning should be exciting. You need an experience that tickles intellectual curiosity, such as interviewing and writing articles yourself. The feature of the Youth Reporter Summer School is that it focuses not only on writing techniques but also on building the foundation for writing with joy. You will interview people working in fields related to developing countries and write actual articles. Furthermore, the program offers strong support with a tutor for each participant. Completed articles will be published in the "Youth Reporter Magazine" for those who wish. It is also perfect for summer vacation independent research projects. Please join us!
