Designated as a "Vacant House Management and Utilization Support Corporation" by Saitama City

The Akiya Akichi Management Center NPO (Location: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Shinichi Ueda; hereinafter "Our Center"), which develops vacant house management services and vacant house consultation counter businesses, has been designated by Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture, as a "Vacant House Management and Utilization Support Corporation" stipulated in Article 23, Paragraph 1 of the Act on Special Measures Concerning Promotion of Vacant House Countermeasures.

Our Center had concluded an "Agreement on the Implementation of Vacant House One-Stop Consultation, etc. Business" with the city until the end of FY Reiwa 7 (March 2026), but going forward, we will further strengthen our collaboration and comprehensively support everything from the prevention of vacant houses to the promotion of proper management and utilization within the city.

■ About Akiya Akichi Management Center NPO

The Akiya Akichi Management Center NPO is a comprehensive consultation counter to solve all problems related to vacant houses in a one-stop manner. Established in 2013 with the goal of eliminating "abandoned vacant houses" that are becoming a social issue, we have responded to a cumulative total of more than 16,200 consultations regarding vacant houses to date.

At our Center, together with cooperating businesses nationwide, we provide vacant house management services along with consultation counter operations in 686 municipalities (as of March 2026). In April 2024, receiving a business consignment from the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, we started operating the "Tokyo Vacant House One-Stop Consultation Counter," and are currently collaborating with 26 local governments.

Furthermore, our Center has built a system where professional staff with expertise in vacant house problems act as the point of contact, responding in a one-stop manner while coordinating with real estate companies, demolition companies, remodeling companies, judicial scriveners, tax accountants, etc., providing a consultation environment free from burden, anxiety, or mistrust for the consultants.

In addition, we provide free consultations on inheritance, sale, leasing, and management, as well as awareness-raising initiatives through seminar events regarding the suppression, effective utilization, and proper management of vacant houses.
