AIESEC Japan, a certified non-profit organization, will hold the "Starting Foreign Worker Acceptance from Scratch" seminar in Kobe City on August 7, 2026 (Fri).
This seminar will feature JETRO Kobe, which supports the overseas expansion of small and medium-sized enterprises, and COSY Inc., which actively accepts foreign talent, as guests to deliver practical case studies for building a global organization.
We will share the current situation of overseas human resource utilization in the Kobe region, as well as the conflicts and trial-and-error experiences in the acceptance process and the lessons learned from them, and clearly explain "the first step that companies wanting to start utilizing foreign talent can take right now."
