Hoppe NPO (Miki City, Hyogo Prefecture, Representative: Natsuko Omori) is pleased to announce the "Psychologist Yumi's Talking Circle" event, featuring psychologist Yumi, to be held on July 14, 2026 (Tue) at Coop Kobe Kyogakuen Kyodo Building (Miki City). A talking circle is a dialogue session where participants can feel safe to share their "current feelings." It's okay to speak, or not to speak. Why not enjoy a time of dialogue that allows you to gently return to the self you were before becoming a "mom"?

Theme: "My Current Feelings"

The talking circle provides a safe space for dialogue where participants can share their "current feelings." You are welcome to speak or simply listen. When raising children, it's easy to prioritize the "mom" role, but we encourage you to use this time to enjoy dialogue and reconnect with the self you were before becoming a "mom." Many feel it's difficult to prioritize their own feelings while shouldering the responsibilities of parenting, and the talking circle aims to address this. Participants sit in a circle, and those holding the "talking piece" take turns slowly sharing their inner thoughts. Whether you speak or not, or simply listen to others, you are welcome to join. With psychologist Yumi, let's pause amidst the daily hustle and bustle and gently listen to the feelings you've cherished since before becoming a "mom." We will also provide a mom-friendly tea set and snacks for a comfortable time. Reservations are required, so please book in advance. As this is on a first-come, first-served basis, registration will close once capacity is reached.
