We will invite three speakers who live their lives crossing over multiple cultures to hold a cross-talk session considering multicultural coexistence from the familiar theme of "food."

When you hear "multicultural coexistence," it might sound like a big undertaking. However, multicultural coexistence is also found in more familiar places.

Curry, a traditional Indian dish, has become a national dish in Japan, and Japanese rolled sushi has been reborn overseas as the California roll.

This event allows us to think about multicultural coexistence from the perspective of such familiar "food."
