Launch of 'Okayama 1000': An Atotsugi Support Ecosystem

Setouchi and Co., Ltd. (Location: Heiwacho, Kita-ku, Okayama City; Representatives: Keiichiro Fujita, Kuniaki Yamada) will start 'Okayama 1000' in Okayama Prefecture, the first area for the 'Yonnana 1000 (Yonnana Thousand)' project promoted by the Venture-Type Business Succession Association, in order to support business succession and the challenges of next-generation managers (Atotsugi) in the region. This is in collaboration with Chugoku Bank, Ltd. and the Kibi Open Innovation Association (KOIA).

■ What is 'Okayama 1000'

'Okayama 1000' is a program launched in Okayama Prefecture as the first step of the 'Yonnana 1000' project, which aims to produce 1,000 Atotsugi ventures in each of the 47 prefectures nationwide. Centered on a local community formed based on the 'Collaboration Agreement on Atotsugi Support' concluded on May 27, 2025, it aims to build an Atotsugi venture support ecosystem rooted in the region.
