Authentic imo shochu "Daiyame~DAIYAME~," with its lychee-like aroma, was launched in 2018 with the concept of "unprecedented aroma" as an authentic shochu poised to lead the industry's next generation. It has gained support from drinkers unfamiliar with shochu and is recognized as a leading "aromatic shochu," a category that has been gaining attention in recent years. It has also received top gold awards at all three of the world's major spirits competitions (IWSC, ISC, SFWSC), earning high acclaim both domestically and internationally.

"Daiyame" is a Kagoshima dialect meaning "to relax and heal fatigue with an evening drink." It is a traditional dining custom of expressing gratitude for a day spent safely and refreshing oneself for the next day while enjoying an evening drink with family or friends.
To promote the culture and worldview of Daiyame, CM broadcasts began in 2022. The first installment, "Today's Time to Quit, Daiyame Time.," depicted a peaceful and healing time for a couple. The second installment in 2024, "Daiyame with That Person.," dramatically portrayed a man and woman immersing themselves in Daiyame time on a balcony with the setting sun. With this latest CM refresh, we aim to further expand recognition and update the brand's worldview.

This commercial depicts how adding "Daiyame~DAIYAME~" to the moment after work transforms everyday life into a slightly more enjoyable and comfortable time.
The setting is a shopping street at dusk. A man and woman, having just finished work, meet by chance on their way home. The man holds tacos, and the woman holds "Daiyame." The scene, where the woman takes "Daiyame" out of her bag and shows it with a "Ta-da!," marks the beginning of their "Daiyame Time."
Afterward, they enjoy Daiyame highballs mixed with soda on their balcony, holding tacos. The vibrant aroma, reminiscent of lychee, spreads from the glass. The man's surprised expression after a sip conveys the unique aroma and refreshing taste of "Daiyame."
Proposing "Daiyame" as a modern evening drink that pairs well with foods characterized by unique aromas and flavors, such as tacos, and can be easily enjoyed with meals. Finally, it depicts a neighbor enjoying their "Daiyame Time," impressively conveying that "Daiyame" is spreading into the daily lives of many people as a companion to the end of the day.
