(2) To facilitate the public offering prior to the initial listing, Taizong Biotech is conducting a cash capital increase of NT$73,830,000, issuing 7,383,000 ordinary shares at a face value of NT$10 per share. This has been filed and become effective with the Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation on January 9, 115 (Letter No. Tai Zheng Shang Yi Zi No. 1151800090). (3) Taizong Biotech has negotiated with the Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation to set the listing and trading commencement date as April 8, 115, and will terminate OTC trading from the same day.
