Power Marine also lacks the ability to repay its debts, leading PrimeVOLT Energy and Fuwei Energy to recognize losses related to their endorsements and loans to Power Marine. This resulted in the net assets attributable to owners of the parent company turning negative in the 2026 first quarter financial report.
