2. Reason for Announcement: Supermicro (Ltd.) ("the Tender Offeror"), a subsidiary of Kah-Han, has initiated a public tender offer for the outstanding common shares of Powertech Technology Inc. (Stock Code: 7562, hereinafter "Powertech"). The offer is conditional upon approval from the Investment Commission of the Ministry of Economic Affairs (hereinafter "IC"), which was officially granted on July 3, 2026 (R.O.C. Year 115).

3. Actions Taken: The Tender Offeror will continue its public tender offer for the common shares of Powertech Technology Inc. until 3:30 PM on July 8, 2026 (R.O.C. Year 115).
