AI document creation system "CareGO" for home-visit care service providers.
Helper Station Nijiiro, which operates home-visit care services (operated by YKT Innovation Co., Ltd., Headquarters: Kita-ku, Osaka, Representative: Kengo Okada), officially released "CareGO," an AI document creation system for home-visit care service providers (hereinafter, "service providers"), on May 12, 2026.
Among the documents that service providers create daily, the three most burdensome items—"assessment, service provision plan, and monitoring"—are automatically generated by AI in about 5 minutes. This reduces tasks that previously took at least about 1 hour to about one-twelfth of the time.
The concept is "Let AI handle the hassle. You focus on care." Introduction to Nekoroboman Co., Ltd., which operates 60 home-visit care branches nationwide, has already been decided. The functions, designed from a field perspective, are highly evaluated within the industry.
*Based on our own research, as of May 2026
Why we created it: Because the field "wanted it."
The developer is Kengo Okada, a 29-year-old manager who operates 9 home-visit care businesses. In the field of home-visit care, there has been no system specialized in document tasks for service providers. While there are software solutions for billing tasks, there was a significant void in the industry for tools that support the daily document creation faced by service providers.
"We create what our own field wanted"—Okada developed CareGO over approximately one year, conducting field trials based on the voices of service providers working in his own home-visit care business.
Main functions of CareGO
1. AI automatically creates 5 types of documents — A task of about 1 hour is reduced to about 5 minutes.
AI automatically creates the following documents that service providers routinely create:
Assessment, Service Provision Plan, Monitoring, Procedure Manual, Meeting Minutes for Responsible Parties. Especially for the three key documents—"assessment, service provision plan, and monitoring"—which place a significant burden on service providers, this series of tasks used to take at least about 1 hour in the field. By using CareGO, this entire process can be completed in about 5 minutes.

2. Meeting recording completed within the app, minutes automatically generated
Record service provider meetings within the app and automatically upload them. Automatically generate meeting minutes for responsible parties and even create procedure manuals.
3. Contract signing completed "all at once" for 3 items
When entering into a new contract with a user for home-visit care, it was previously necessary to obtain individual signatures for the following documents:
Contract, Personal Information Consent Form, Important Matters Explanation Form
With CareGO's electronic signature function, these three items can be completed with a single signature (a separate signature is required for the service provision plan). This not only reduces the burden on users and their families but also offers the following benefits to the business office:
No need for binding and storing contract documents
Service providers' belongings become lighter when visiting
Reduced paper storage space at the office
Furthermore, the electronic signature function is not limited to contract documents but supports all types of documents, and can also be utilized for internal document management such as employment contracts.
Implementation Results: Nekoroboman Co., Ltd., operating 60 branches, decides to implement
Nekoroboman Co., Ltd., which operates 60 home-visit care branches nationwide, has decided to implement CareGO. They highly evaluated the "functions designed from a field perspective," leading to their decision to adopt.
Helper Station Nijiiro (all 9 branches), Nekoroboman Co., Ltd. (all 60 branches), and several other businesses combined will utilize the system in approximately 90 branches.

"It's moving. 'If only there was something like this, business operations would be even better...' has come true. Documents necessary for home-visit care business operations can be easily created. I was especially surprised by the field-oriented design."
Background: Structural issues in the home-visit care industry
In the home-visit care industry, the number of bankruptcies in fiscal year 2024 reached a record high. Concentration of work on service providers leading to turnover, excessive documentation tasks, and a severe labor shortage are structural problems.
"The time that people in the field should be spending on care is being taken away by document creation"—This reality, and the desire to change it, was the starting point for CareGO's development for Okada, who also manages home-visit care businesses himself.
Future Developments
Online briefings held regularly (for service providers and managers)
Continuous development of necessary functions for the field
Support for introduction to home-visit care offices nationwide
