XSprout conducted this survey to clarify how the 'operational methodology'—rather than just investment results—affects outcomes.

## Survey Overview
This data collection is based on a survey of 117 CVC and new business managers at major domestic firms with experience in minority investments in startups. Utilizing XSprout's proprietary diagnostic framework, 'Corporate Venturing Finder,' the research visualizes CVC operations across nine perspectives, including years of activity, KPI design, organizational structure, and human resource development.

The analysis suggests that beyond quantitative indicators like investment count or activity duration, operational foundations—such as the presence of specialized personnel, receptivity of business units, and evaluation metrics—significantly impact success.
