wiSh has previously conducted workshops using 'Kirari☆Carta' to deepen self-understanding and understanding of others through dialogue.

Participants share their experiences and listen to others' stories, discovering values, strengths, and individuality. Such dialogue spaces have been well-received by many participants.

On the other hand, while 'Kirari☆Carta' allows deep exploration of one's personality and values, some questions could lead to deep thought or difficulty in answering.

Therefore, wiSh developed 'Kirari☆Sugoroku' as a tool to start dialogue more casually and lightly.

Start with small talk.

Then gradually get to know each other and deepen the conversation.

'Kirari☆Sugoroku' was born as such an 'entrance to dialogue'.

■ Service Features

'Kirari☆Sugoroku' is an interactive online tool where participants advance by answering questions in a sugoroku format.

Since speaking time can be set, all participants have an equal opportunity to speak, preventing a few from dominating the conversation.

The prepared questions are structured in four stages.

Stage 1: Warm-up – Questions that can be answered like casual conversation

Stage 2: Background/Personality – Questions that reveal one's individuality and experiences

Stage 3: Values – Questions that touch on what one values and their strengths

Stage 4: Future – Questions that consider how one wants to be from now on

Furthermore, after answering, participants can choose follow-up questions, allowing the dialogue to develop according to the flow of the moment.

As a new initiative, wiSh is starting programs that allow for gradual deepening of self-understanding.

First is the free 'Sugoroku & Carta Trial Session'.

Held online for 20 minutes during lunch break, participation with video off and a nickname is possible.

The key is to ensure participants feel safe to join without being forced to disclose themselves.

As a next step, for those who feel 'I want to talk more' or 'I want to know how others see me', wiSh offers a 60-minute paid single-session program called 'Kirari Discovery Workshop'.

Participants engage in dialogue in groups of three, discovering their own 'Kirari' through time for speaking, listening, and reflecting.

At the end, they verbalize 'Today's Kirari is ○○' and share what they felt was 'good' with their fellow participants.

The goal is to encounter charms and possibilities one was unaware of through how one is perceived by others.

Furthermore, for those who want to organize their strengths and values and draw their 'My Purpose', the 'Strength Discovery Program' is available.

This program is developed based on content previously implemented in corporate training and the Kirari-teta community, aiming to reach a wider audience.

While reflecting on experiences from childhood to the present, participants articulate:

・What they want to cherish

and draw a 'My Purpose' that is true to themselves.

Through a total of 6 workshops and a presentation session, the aim is to organize one's core and nurture the drawn 'My Purpose' in the workplace and life.

Additionally, by optionally joining the community after the program ends, participants can continue building relationships where they support each other's challenges.
