'UWS AQUARIUM GA☆KYO', Beloved in Odaiba for About 4 Years, to Close at the End of August 2026. A New Production Featuring Views of Rainbow Bridge Will Mark the Finale, a Unique Space Where Night Views and Art Merge.

UWS ENTERTAINMENT Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Masanori Miyazawa; hereinafter UWS), which operates entertainment businesses related to fish including aquariums, has been operating the aquarium facility 'UWS AQUARIUM GA☆KYO' at Aqua City Odaiba, a large-scale shopping complex located in Minato-ku, Tokyo. The facility, themed around the Japanese concept of 'GA' (elegance), will cease operations on Monday, August 31, 2026. Prior to this, from Saturday, June 27, 2026, a new production incorporating the nighttime view overlooking Rainbow Bridge will be unveiled.

■ Regarding the Closure

Since its opening in July 2022, 'UWS AQUARIUM GA☆KYO' has welcomed many visitors in Odaiba as a unique aquarium blending goldfish, Japanese design, and digital technology under the theme of Japanese 'GA'. The venue, interweaving Japanese culture such as bonsai with the beauty of living creatures, has been enjoyed by domestic customers as well as visitors from overseas, conveying the beauty of Japan for approximately four years. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all who have visited us.

As the final day approaches, UWS will unveil a new production from Saturday, June 27, 2026, to make the remaining time spent at this location more memorable. In the main area 'RYUGU', at night, the view overlooking Rainbow Bridge will be superimposed onto the scenes that were previously confined to the interior. The fantastical world depicted by water and Odaiba's unique nighttime landscape will merge, creating a moment that can only be experienced here, as the entire venue takes on a different expression from daytime.
