Despite rising real estate prices, urban living spaces remain limited, and homes continue to shrink in size. However, people still need space for cherished items such as seasonal clothing, hobby equipment, and holiday decorations like dolls and Christmas trees.

Spelabo allows faceless viewing (by reservation), and both contract signing and cancellation can be completed online.
To meet the demand for contactless services in the post-pandemic era, we adopted an online application system based on customer feedback requesting immediate access.
※ No need to receive physical keys, as we use smart locks and dial keypads.
Feature 2: Use as Soon as One Hour After Application
Busy urban professionals often face sudden transfers, overseas assignments, or business trips, requiring immediate storage solutions.
To meet this need, we have streamlined the process so that users can access their unit as soon as credit card payment is completed after signing the contract. Since we use smart locks and dial keypads instead of physical keys, there is no need to pick up keys.
Feature 3: Reliable Double Security and Surveillance System
Storage units hold people’s valuable belongings.
Each unit is a private room with locks on both the entrance and individual rooms—ensuring double-lock security.
Additionally, surveillance cameras are installed in all indoor corridors.
※ To date, there have been no incidents of theft or similar issues.
Feature 4: Newly Built and Clean Facilities
Most of our stores have opened within the past year, with all interior partitions and fixtures newly constructed.
We conduct regular cleaning to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
Air conditioning is fully equipped, and humidity control is carefully managed.
