This size is equivalent to approximately 18 to 36 standard-sized cardboard boxes. It is spacious enough to use as a walk-in closet, perfect for storing off-season clothes, bedding, home appliances, or suitcases.

Recommended for Families and Corporate Use: 2 tatami mats to 3 tatami mats
This size is equivalent to approximately 72 to 144 standard-sized cardboard boxes, offering a significantly large space. It can be used for storing large furniture and home appliances such as washing machines and bicycles, or for keeping office supplies and inventory.

About the Self-Storage 'Spalab'
Spalab operates over 700 indoor self-storage locations (rental storage spaces) with more than 22,000 units, mainly in Tokyo and Osaka.

While real estate prices are rising, living spaces in urban areas are limited, and housing is becoming smaller. However, the need to store cherished items like hobby gear, seasonal clothes, and meaningful objects like Hina dolls or Christmas trees used only a few times a year remains.

Spalab allows for non-face-to-face viewing (by appointment), and both contracting and cancellation can be completed online.
To meet the needs for non-contact and non-face-to-face services in the post-COVID era, we have implemented online applications based on the feedback of customers who want to use the service immediately.
*Note: Smart locks and dial keys are used, so there is no need to pick up a physical key.

Feature 2: From Application to Usage in as Little as 1 Hour
Especially for busy business people in the city, there are cases where storage space is needed immediately due to sudden job transfers, overseas assignments, or business trips.
To meet such needs, we have simplified the application-to-contract process as much as possible, enabling usage immediately after credit card payment is completed upon contracting. Also, since the keys used are smart locks or dial keys, there is no hassle of picking up physical keys.

Feature 3: Secure Double Security & Surveillance System
Self-storage is a place where we keep your valuable belongings.
In addition to being a private room, we have keys installed at the entrance and in each room. This provides a secure double-lock system.
Also, surveillance cameras are installed in the aisles within the storage facility.

Almost all of our stores are less than a year old, and all interiors, including partitions, are brand new.
