U-ZERO DAY 2026 July 15, Toranomon Hills Forum
U-ZERO Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO & CPO: Masamune Mimura), which supports employee engagement reform to enhance job satisfaction and eliminate unhappy workers, announces that the number of registered participants for the organizational reform conference "U-ZERO DAY 2026," to be held on July 15, 2026 (Wed), has exceeded the capacity of 1,000 people.
Due to an overwhelming number of applications, we have decided to add more seats on short notice.
This event is hosted by U-ZERO, founded by Masamune Mimura, former president of Concur, who achieved the longest-running No. 1 ranking in Japan for "Great Place to Work" for seven consecutive years※1. Last year's inaugural event saw approximately 1,000 registrations, with a participant satisfaction rate of 97.6%※2.
The theme for this year's second event is "From a Silent Organization to a Mutually Enhancing Organization." How can organizations facing issues such as frontline voices not reaching management, talented employees leaving, and no one speaking up about problems, transform into an environment where genuine dialogue is possible? We will convey the practical path to achieving this transformation through case studies of companies that have realized such change.
This year, registrations are proceeding at a faster pace than last year, reaching the capacity of 1,000 people two weeks before the event. Including pre-registrations for archive streaming, we have received over 1,300 applications. We have added more seats due to numerous requests for in-person attendance even after reaching capacity. As seats are limited, please register early if you are considering attending.

Executives and HR leaders, pioneers in human capital management, will share their company's initiatives.
This event will feature executives and HR leaders from companies at the forefront of human capital management. Fujitsu, which significantly improved its engagement score; Yayoi, which made the decision to go beyond the limitations of engagement surveys; Kitz, which newly established "feedback metrics" as non-financial indicators; and Kanadevia, which is tackling organizational reform during a business transformation period after 145 years of operation—each will share how they elicited genuine employee feedback and drove organizational change.
The keynote speech will be delivered by U-ZERO representative Masamune Mimura. He will provide a detailed explanation of the process for transforming a silent organization into a mutually enhancing one, as outlined in his new book, "Feedback Management: From 'Silent Organization' to 'Mutually Enhancing Organization,'" which has been reprinted four times. As a special guest, Ms. Chiyo Kikuma, a lawyer and former Fuji TV announcer, will join to discuss compliance risks lurking in silent organizations.
In a special lecture, Mr. Masao Hirano, former president of McKinsey & Company Japan, will speak about the practice of human capital management in the AI era.
All attendees will receive U-ZERO representative Mimura's new book, "Feedback Management."
All attendees will receive a copy of U-ZERO representative Mimura's new book, "Feedback Management: From 'Silent Organization' to 'Mutually Enhancing Organization'" (Nikkei BP), published on June 8th. This book systematically outlines the theme of this event, "From a Silent Organization to a Mutually Enhancing Organization."
The book has received a tremendous response from various sectors since its release. It went into its fourth printing within three weeks of publication, following an advance printing. It ranked No. 1 in three Amazon categories: General Business Management (June 17), Business Strategy (June 18), and Leadership (Books) (June 18). It was also selected as the weekly No. 1 business book at six bookstores in Tokyo, including Maruzen Marunouchi Main Store, Book First Shinjuku Store, and Sanseido Bookstore Yurakucho Store.
Comment from Masamune Mimura, Representative Director, CEO & CPO, U-ZERO Inc.
I am frankly surprised by the number of applications exceeding our capacity of 1,000. We decided to add more seats with the desire to let as many people as possible who are facing organizational challenges experience the event firsthand.
On the day, along with the executives and HR leaders from each participating company, I will share the journey and the decisions made to drive organizational change. We encourage those who are grappling with organizational issues and seeking solutions to register early.
