Call for Vendors: Kawasaki Natural & Earth Fest 2026

Top Inc. will host the 'Kawasaki Natural & Earth Fest – A Healing and Experiential Market' on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at Kawasakifes Plaza (in front of Kawasaki Station East Exit and Kawasaki Lufron).

We are now widely inviting vendors offering experiential activities, food, and retail products to join us in creating this special day.

The application deadline is Monday, July 20, 2026.

It's 11 a.m. on a Saturday. As you exit the east gate of JR Kawasaki Station, the usual station square looks slightly different.

Tents line the plaza. Aromas drift from kitchen cars with rising steam. Visitors chat with makers beside displayed goods.

The flow of commuters is naturally drawn toward this vibrant corner—this is the scene that will come to life at Kawasaki Station on September 26.

The venue: Kawasakifes Plaza, right after the east gate

'Kawasakifes Plaza' is an open space located just 0 minutes on foot from the east exit of JR Kawasaki Station, in front of Kawasaki Lufron.

This stationfront area, bustling every weekday and weekend, is expected to see 10,000 to 30,000 passersby daily (estimated).

You won't need distant promotions to attract visitors—your customers are already flowing right in front of you.

Set up a tent, and people leaving the station will naturally pause, reach out, and exchange words—this location turns your booth into its own advertisement. (Note: Foot traffic is an estimate and does not guarantee attendance or sales.)

The plaza will host up to 20 tents (40 booths, including half plots) and up to 6 kitchen cars, with a stage and dining zone also provided. This event is a public market officially permitted under the Kawasaki City Urban Development Bureau's 'Kawasakifes Plaza Event Implementation Guidelines.'

Experiences, food, retail—all welcome

We welcome vendors from all categories.

Kitchen cars serving freshly baked snacks, tables displaying handcrafted textiles and accessories, booths offering scent trials, or experiential offerings like yoga, bodywork, and workshops—all are welcome.

As long as visitors can 'see, touch, talk, and take home' something, the category is open.

Whether you want to launch a new product, introduce your signature menu to new customers, or let people experience your class or treatment—we'd love to have you.

We envision a space where vendors chat beside each other and visitors remember, 'I discovered this here for the first time.' Let's create that space together at Kawasaki's stationfront.

Joint applications from multiple parties are accepted upon prior registration.

Booth Plans (tax included)

· Half booth: ¥15,000 | Front 1.5m × Depth 3m | Includes 90cm table (set up by organizer)

· Full tent (1 plot): ¥30,000 | 3m × 3m | Includes tent, weights, and 180cm table (set up by organizer)

· Kitchen car: ¥40,000 | Max height 2.8m, max length 3.5m | Up to 6 units

Included in booth fee: Organizer setup of tent, weights, and one table / Listing on official website / Promotion on official SNS / Stage PR time (for all vendors)

Key Vendor Requirements

For food vendors: Please obtain the necessary business license and compensation insurance (e.g., PL insurance) based on your offerings.

Prohibited activities: Fundraising, multi-level marketing, religious/political activities, aggressive solicitation / Sale of counterfeit goods, IP-infringing items, unauthorized resales, or hazardous materials.

Details on move-in/setup times, power/water access, waste disposal, teardown, and cancellation policies are specified in the 'Exhibitor Usage Guidelines.' You will receive these details from our staff upon application. The booth fee payment deadline is Monday, August 10, 2026. Cancellations after application are generally non-refundable.

· July 24, 2026 (Fri): Vendor selection confirmed and notified via email (selection may apply if oversubscribed; criteria not disclosed)

· Late July 2026: Booth layout finalized and shared

· Early August 2026: Invoice issued

· September 26, 2026 (Sat): Event day

For email inquiries, please send the following three items to marche-info@top-lead.co.jp: 'Exhibit content, Name (business name), Desired plan.'

Our staff will then provide detailed information, application form, and Exhibitor Usage Guidelines (explanations via Zoom are also available).

After submitting the signed and stamped application form (PDF), we will issue an invoice. Payment completes your application.
