TIGEREYE Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Manabu Uemura, hereinafter "TIGEREYE") announces the establishment of DragonEye Inc., a joint venture with Merchant Bankers Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Masatoshi Takasaki), to launch an AI-driven video production business.

DragonEye Inc. was founded to deliver high-quality video production and an AI-powered video creation platform by integrating TIGEREYE’s expertise in AI and computer vision with Merchant Bankers’ extensive knowledge in sales, business development, and investment.

Setting a New Standard in Video Production with AI

While generative AI has rapidly expanded the possibilities of video production, challenges remain in quality consistency, production speed, cost efficiency, and ongoing content management.

DragonEye will leverage TIGEREYE’s proprietary "TIGEREYE Multi Modal AI Framework" as its core technology, utilizing multimodal AI that integrates image, video, audio, and text processing, along with AI avatars, generative AI, voice AI, and conversational AI. This enables end-to-end services from concept and scripting to video generation, narration, and editing.

Furthermore, DragonEye will establish a unique production pipeline by continuously evaluating multiple video generation AI models and selecting the optimal technology for each project, aiming to establish a new video production model that achieves high quality, fast turnaround, and low cost.

Building an AI-Powered Video Production Platform

In addition to commissioned AI video production, DragonEye will conduct ongoing verification and fundamental research on video generation models, using these insights to develop a comprehensive AI video production platform.

As its first project, DragonEye will launch the AI character transformation and AI video production initiative for "Merchant Man."

Beyond video appearances, the AI avatar will serve as a 24/7 interactive agent for corporate use.
