Background of the Spin-off

TD Holdings began as a manufacturing company, starting with control panel production.

While continuing its hands-on manufacturing approach, the company has promoted DX (Digital Transformation) with the aim of improving its own productivity and strengthening its competitiveness. These initiatives went beyond simple digitalization, evolving into practical DX that encompassed everything from on-site improvements to management transformation.

With the goal of "becoming a role model for DX in small and medium-sized enterprises," the company has supported DX for other companies while also hosting "DX Factory Tours" where visitors can experience DX in their own factories.
