'Aoyama-itchome Tanuki' has been frequently featured in food-related media and social media by gourmet influencers. The new 'Yakitori Tanuki' aims to be a unique yakitori restaurant that combines a focus on yakitori with the popular menu of 'Aoyama-itchome Tanuki.' The main yakitori menu features the rare and tender 'Kinso-dori' chicken, with each skewer carefully prepared by hand daily. The restaurant's philosophy is 'simple things, done exceptionally well,' reflected in their high-quality classic skewers like 'dakimi' (breast meat), 'negima,' and 'homemade tsukune.' It is also one of the few places in Tokyo to offer rare parts of Kinso-dori chicken.
