Splean Decides to Integrate with Internnect Group and Change Company Name to 'Internnect AI'

Splean Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Hirotaka Miyahara; hereinafter 'the Company') announces that, in consultation with Internnect Co., Ltd. (hereinafter 'Internnect'), it has decided to integrate its business into Internnect Group's development structure and change its company name to 'Internnect AI Co., Ltd.' (hereinafter 'Internnect AI').

Through this reorganization, the Company will be positioned as the core company for AI product development and AI engineering within the Internnect Group, aiming for further business expansion.

Additionally, with this reorganization, founder Hirotaka Miyahara will relinquish ownership of the Company and become independent.

Background

Since its founding in 2021, the Company has supported the digital transformation of enterprises through the provision of AI-powered web system development and DX solutions.

Since its inception, it has promoted multiple projects utilizing AI technology, accumulating expertise and achievements in the AI application field through practical technical support for corporate DX and new business development.

On the other hand, due to the rapid evolution of generative AI, the role required in AI development is shifting from mere contract development to direct involvement in product development and business growth.

In response to these environmental changes, the Company determined that the next growth phase requires a transition to a 'structure that promotes AI product development within a larger business foundation,' leading to the decision for business integration and reorganization with the Internnect Group.

There will be no changes to service provision, contract terms, or support systems for existing customers.

About Business Integration and Name Change

Through this reorganization, the Company will restart as 'Internnect AI,' the core entity for AI-related businesses within the Internnect Group.

Going forward, the Company will focus on the following areas:

● Development and provision of AI products

● Deployment of SaaS and services utilizing AI technology

● Consolidation of AI development functions across Group companies

● Provision of AI solutions to external companies

As a result, the Company will evolve from a mere development company to an enterprise responsible for business creation centered on AI products.

The timing of the registration change will be implemented once explanations to existing customers are complete.

Founder Hirotaka Miyahara led the company from its launch to the construction of the AI development organization, driving team formation, standardization of development processes, and systematization of AI development know-how.

As a result, the Company has established a 'reproducible development system (non-person-dependent organizational management)' that does not rely on specific individuals, building a foundation for stable project execution.

With this organizational structure in place, the business can continue and grow even without the founder's direct involvement.
